The project will increase young people and students employability by giving them access to valuable information available via the internet and helping them to avoid setbacks when deciding on a career path or navigating the labour market. HIRE-FIRE will contribute to increasing the availability of counselling services but also to improving their quality by providing a tool to support educators and career counsellors as well as young people themselves. As a result, pupils and students will receive support tailored to their individual needs, skills.

Project goals:
Enhance organizations’ capacity in youth career guidance with an online tool by 30.10.2025;
Develop learning content addressing youth and student career challenges;
Equip young people with career self-orientation skills via a learning platform and videos;
Aid adults in guiding youth careers with an online consultation course;
Expand career advisory services in EU projects with innovative tools;
Enhance international cooperation in supporting youth and student employment;
Increase interest in the tool through widespread dissemination;
