Resource Center for Career Consulting and Professional Development is a network of youth and student information career centres. It holds educational courses, seminars and conferences, delivers free information on educational opportunities, courses, leisure activities, European institutions and programs, funding opportunities. The center is organized in cooperation with the National Student House, Sofia. 

The center organizes trainings for students and career consultants, develops training materials, develops and supports databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), interactive materials for career development of students. 

One of the traditional events is “New tendencies in career consulting” seminar which joins career consultants from different universities and presents nowadays tendencies in career development.  

SCAS and the Center participate in a number of Erasmus+ projects giving opportunities for students to upgrade their qualifications and exchange experience. 

Over the years the center has developed 5 different versions of the CD “Youth Resources in internet” and the online versions as well as a number of materials for career consultants.
